In the land of realtors, finding the one that is truly right for you is few and far between, but that is absolutely not the case when it comes to Kristi Damon! She is the end all, be all of realtors. My husband and I had been going back and forth about buying a home in San Tan Valley from out of state for a few months, and had reached out to her with our idea of finally making the move. Never once did we feel pressured or forced to use SOLD Realty. She listened to all of our wants and needs, and even some of my "I'm sure" ridiculous wants, and never told us it wasn't obtainable. She wasn't lying. We ended up moving out to Queen Creek with our three dogs and lived with some good friends, bless their dear hearts, for two months. I would like to add, our friends also had two dogs, so that is a total of 5 dogs in one household, oh boy. Kristi knew our situation, she had me set up with online listings to continually look at because she knows with the stress of moving and trying to buy a house, it will make you a crazy person. So with the ease of weeding out what we do and don't like, where the location was, etc. that was so helpful and honestly, UN-STRESSFUL. Which was such a nice change, in the midst of an out of state move. I really don't know how she did it, but she took the stress out of what is typically a very high blood pressure situation. We did all online window shopping for about a month. Kristi was ALWAYS a phone call or text away, and when I say always, I mean anytime of day. Questions that I thought were silly, but I didn't know the answer to, she made me feel at ease. She really is there for her clients. She truly listens, and hears you. There is a difference between someone listening to you, and what you want, and here lets go look at this house, and this house, and here's another one, and not liking a single one. Then there is Kristi, who is listening and actually hearing you, and taking into consideration what you are saying. It is nice to be heard and understood. This is a giant purchase, this your life, where you live, and where you want to be, it is all important. Not once did any of that feel discredited because of any reason with Kristi Damon, and I 100% guarantee you won't either. When you meet Kristi, you can feel her genuine heart, her passion to help her clients find their new home, and the attention to detail and love she puts into every clients situation. Her personable demeanor really makes you feel comfortable as soon as you meet her, which is so amazing especially starting on a journey coming from another state to start a new life and buy a new home. Even after the sale, she is there for you. I know this is a quite a long review, but it could not be anything less. In closing, we went out one Sunday, I had three homes I wanted to see that I picked, I was sure one of those homes were mine. Kristi had some houses she had in her back pocket to show us that day as well. The first home we looked at was just dreamy. It was the first one we looked at, we loved it, I loved it, but I was still stuck on those other houses I had seen online. They did not even COMPARE to this FIRST house we saw. Kristi Damon found our dream home, and she knew it before myself or my husband did.
