Develop a comprehensive home maintenance schedule that includes regular tasks and seasonal inspections. This helps ensure that all aspects of your home are properly maintained throughout the year. Here's a sample home maintenance schedule that covers tasks to be performed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually:

Monthly Tasks:

  1. Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
  2. Inspect and replace HVAC filters if necessary.
  3. Clean kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator coils and oven.
  4. Check and clean sink drains.
  5. Inspect and clean garbage disposal.
